RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Second-Hand Textbooks - No Returns Due to the nature of second-hand textbooks, we do not accept returns on used books. All second-hand textbooks are accurately described with condition details. Please review the condition description carefully before purchasing.
Exchange Option for Second-Hand Books If you receive a second-hand textbook that doesn't match the condition described or has undisclosed damage, we offer an exchange for another copy of the same title (subject to availability) or a different textbook of equal value within 7 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, contact us at info@textbookhunter.co.za with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the condition issue
- Description of the problem
Textbook Buyback Programme We offer a buyback service for textbooks you no longer need! Sell your used textbooks back to us and help other students save money.
Buyback conditions:
- Textbooks must be current editions in acceptable condition
- No excessive highlighting, writing, or damage
- All pages intact and binding secure
- Buyback value depends on condition and demand
To get a buyback quote, email us at info@textbookhunter.co.za with the book title, ISBN, edition, and condition description, or photos of the textbook.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@textbookhunter.co.za. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
