Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your textbooks have been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship throughout South Africa using reliable courier services. Estimated delivery times:
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2-4 business days
- Other urban areas: 3-5 business days
- Rural areas: 5-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods such as the start of school terms.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are added to your order at checkout. We offer:

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your textbooks' journey to you.
